The new EP isn't out until tomorrow but I'm already thinking about what's next. I've got a three track project in mind and already have the track titles — it is based on a specific theme so that was easy.
No spoilers yet.
For the past several months I have been using the Behringer Kobol Expander on main synth duties. It is incredibly versatile and I've had great fun using it, but I think it's time for a change.
Currently, I only have a few things connected in the studio — whatever I happen to be using for that project. It has been easier to focus with not having the paralysis of choice. This isn't going to change, but what's connected will.
Instead of the Kobol, I'm going to be swapping in the Behringer WASP as I haven't used it anywhere near enough.
The WASP's more aggressive character will better fit the next project so it's an ideal time to change.
